Wi-Fi Call from a Moving Car?
Dial Tone on a Cell Phone?
Believe It — With “1ButtonToWiFi”
Make Long Distance Internet Calls from a Cell Phone, PDA, Even a Home Phone, for Pennies

With WorldTel’s Groundbreaking New Product Showcased at CES
ENCINO, CA — (January 3, 2008) — Telecom experts say it’s 5 years away. Most people would
say it’s impossible. But a company called WorldTel has proved them wrong with a patented new
device that will be showcased at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas that
combines the value of Internet calling with the convenience of a cell phone.
“1ButtonToWiFi” lets the user make a Wi-Fi/high-speed Internet phone call from miles away,
not feet, which means they don’t have to be anywhere near an internet connection — they can
even call from a moving car. The device combines computer chips developed in both Silicon
Valley and Taiwan to produce the “Digital/Analog/Digital” technology that makes it all possible,
and the potential is huge.
“There are 3.25 billion cellular devices in use today which can all use 1ButtontoWiFi. This
cellular/VoIP market is virtually untapped” said Steve Lipman, CEO of 1ButtonToWiFi. “This is
the only VoIP product in existence today that joins all of these cellular devices, as well as home
phones and PDAs, to the internet. Then, users can make a VoIP call to or from over 130
countries — for just pennies — at the push of one button. This is a whole new wave in
telecommunications.”
Wi-Fi To VoIP To Anywhere.
1ButtonToWiFi is an advanced telephony service product that allows users to make internet
phone calls from anywhere in the world, from any phone or device, using VoIP (Voice over
Internet Protocol) technology. Because it uses an existing high-speed Internet connection, VoIP
offers huge savings on long distance and international calls. Wi-Fi technology provides Internet
access via a wireless connection. Expensive Wi-Fi phones allow people to make wireless VoIP
phone calls from Wi-Fi enabled hotspots or home/office networks, but they will only work
within a 300 foot range. 1ButtonToWiFi technology allows any phone to work like a Wi-Fi
phone, but without the limitations of Wi-Fi, letting the user call anywhere in the world for
pennies per minute.
No More Wi-Fi Phone.
1ButtonToWiFi, therefore, eliminates the need for costly WiFi phones, VoIP service and
complex installation, contracts, software downloads, routers, cables, cords and complicated
digital phone plans. What’s more, using the WorldTel Xchange network means no monthly
contracts and no monthly fees — users simply pay for the calling time that is used.
1 Plug Installation
Once the Control Center is delivered, the user simply plugs the device into their existing DSL or
high-speed broadband line, and within 30 seconds a connection is made to the WorldTel
network. Then, the user can simply press and hold a single button on a cell phone or home phone
to access the 1ButtonToWiFi Control Center, which provides a dial tone and connects to the
WorldTel network. Once a dial tone is accessed, the user can dial any number, anywhere in the
world for just pennies per minute.
A 1ButtonToWiFi Control Center can be purchased for $199.95 via the company’s website at
www.1buttontowifi.com or toll-free at 1-866-295-4628. The price includes free priority shipping
and a 30-day money back guarantee.

when an ad is made like this, believe me, it’s crap!

  5. studolicious Says:

    I think they expect …
I think they expect you to add your “One button” to your favorites so its ‘free’ (More than likely just your home phone number).
Its just a voip gateway that most home VOIP services come with. Kinda ridiculous people fall for this but the infomercial does have flashy colors.

  6. studolicious Says:

    This can be done …
This can be done with any Cell phone plan + Voip plan.

Mobile phone -> Quickdial to Voip gateway -> dial internationally (or locally).

Looks suspiciously like a pyramid marketing scam I saw for a VOIP system late last year. Preys on those who don’t know about serviced like Vonage, Primus Talkbroadband, Skype-out gateway, etc.
*Add your home number + your city’s VOIP gateway out number to your favorite calls with your carrier (most carriers off this service now) and you’re set. No extra fees.

    But to connect to …
But to connect to the box you will have to use your phone network and so you will pay twice:your mobile service and your box at home!Maybe theres a point for international calls! But honestly the comercial really make me fell that is just a scam!

  8. sangamx Says:

    what a load of cr@p …
    what a load of cr@p!!
It is an infomercial and like most other infomercials it blatantly misleads people into believing that everything here is free when it is not.
If you want a WIFI phone, buy a wifi phone or scammers like these will make you buy stuff that doesn’t work or is not worth it.

Yes, not to mention the often scary footage they show of people talking on the phone while driving… That is soooo 2007!

    As a person that …
As a person that works a lives IT, this is the biggest load of rubbish I have ever seen. Please, explain you SNR Attn with your phone. (You must have some excellent WiFi Technology that some Corp’s would love to get there hands on) Not only but it’s great you or your actor spoke to themselves on the phone. If they are miles from anywhere, Heard of loud speaker to prove it? (Probably, would ring some French person in the US) Go crawl back.

    …making …
…making yourselves look good, and making me look wrong, but I assure you readers that what they’re doing is misleading you. If they don’t reply with a response that I’m expecting, they’ll simply delete this comment. I’ll stay posted to see.

  13. OneyOzFest182 Says:

    This is a extremely …
This is a extremely misleading. The video acts as if you can use any phone as a WiFi phone, but you cannot. You’re using your phone’s minutes to call the line of the box which calls out, plus you have to pay for your internet wherever you hook up the box. It isn’t fair to compare this to a WiFi phone because a WiFi phone you can take with you to other WiFi hot-spots, thus not needing to have your own wireless internet at home. I’m sure you’ll reply to this with a witty misleading response…

  14. Ryguy1450 Says:

    How can it connect …
How can it connect w/ the base box at home if your thousand miles away????

I’d rather have an iphone w/ Skype.

    We are creatures of …
We are creatures of habit. For me I want to save money on phone service but hate to change. My biggest concern is my home security system that works through my home phone. I’mm not sure how expensive or dependable the wireless security system is. I thought about doing without home security, but criminals have made that choice easy for me. I keep searching. Thanks for all feed back here. It is really appreciated.

  17. coolred75 Says:

    …there to get …
…there to get access to her box wich is very expensive, or she has to plug her phone to the box, wich means it gonna work just like home phone, so 300 feet of wifi it gonna be just 2 feet and not 3000 to 10000 of wifi as they re saying!! so wherever ur box is, u have to call it using the area code of where the box is. then from ur box u’ll be connected.I hope this was helpful.

  18. coolred75 Says:

    its actually one …
its actually one call to wifi and not one button to wifi since u have to call a local number to be connected. wich mean if ur box in usa and ur in any other country u have to call ur box using a local number, so I was trying to keep the box here in usa and use it for my wife’s phone in my country but they told me she has to call usa to get access to the box, so for me if she does that, why just don’t call me straight from her phone.and if I will send her the box she has to call a local number…

  23. floyd5666 Says:

    Well, your cell …
Well, your cell phone has to have money to connect to some source to send to your home internet service. Do you sell the phone that connects direct to the internet no matter where you are? Just look around and you can find a telephone that will work with your existing internet connection for the only fee just by buying the right telephone(149.00 plus 36
